Behind the sushi bar, a continuous sequence of eleven non\u2011perforated G\u00c9NESIS ceramic sculptures by Abel\u202fZavala provides a subtle yet commanding backdrop. Each piece, handcrafted in high\u2011temperature clay and glazed in gray, ochre, and orange, draws on Zavala\u2019s exploration of organic shapes and color fields.<\/p>\n
