Andrea Bores focuses her work on the construction of landscape through direct experimentation with the physical elements that compose it. The canvas becomes a space where patterns of natural phenomena, seemingly chaotic or unpredictable, are provoked and captured. She studied Textile Design and Fashion at Universidad CENTRO and previously pursued Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at ITESM.<\/p>\n
Her work has been exhibited in institutions such as the Museo de la Canciller\u00eda, Museo Caba\u00f1as, Galer\u00eda Karen Huber, and Casa del Lago Juan Jos\u00e9 Arreola. She has participated in fairs like Sal\u00f3n ACME, Feria de la Acci\u00f3n, and FAMA. Bores was a recipient of the J\u00f3venes Creadores fellowship from FONCA (2017-2018) and held solo exhibitions such as Tierra Nacida Sombra<\/em> (2021) at the Museo de la Canciller\u00eda.
