Ángulo Cero is a platform that connects Latin American designers and artists with new markets. It consists of a Collectors Shop (online store) and a showroom in Mexico City.

How long does my order take?
Once the piece is completed (if it was bought upon request), orders will usually take one to two weeks of arrival approximetely.
We shall always try take the shortest time as possible. Wherever there is a delat we will notify you.

What payment methods are there available in Ángulo Cero?
We have different options, payment through a Pay Pal account, bank transfer and credit card payment directly at our showroom.

How do I make a return?
The first thing to check is that the article or items you have purchased, has or have a policy of a possible exchange or return. If so, please email us at info@angulo0.com where we will consider your specific request. Returns must be made within the first 5 working days after receiving your product.

How do I create my own account?
All you have to do is going to the top of your browser at your right hand side and click on the "My account" option where we will guide you step byt step to complete the creation of your account.

How do you purchase at Ángulo Cero?
Every time you find an time you like in our website add it to your virtual shooping cart by clicking the "I WANT IT" button, all the items you want to buy will be automatically added. At the end you must go to the cart button located on the top right hand side of the page and select the button "PLACE ORDER" this option will take you to the final steps to complete your purchase.

How do i view the status of my shipment?
Every time your order is shipped, we will send an email with a tracking number where you can follow up the status of your purchase.
