Edgar Solórzano was born in 1989 in Mexico City, where he lives and works. He studied Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture at UNAM and at the Bauhaus University Weimar in Germany, where he began his practice as an artist. He has participated in various exhibitions, such as the "Paisajes" show at the Jumex Museum (CDMX), and collaborated on projects like "Arquitectura Ficticia" at the Laboratorio Arte Alameda. He was a finalist at the JA Monroy Biennale and completed the Piso 16: Cultural Initiatives Laboratory program at UNAM. His work has been exhibited in Mexico, Germany, the United States, and Colombia, and is part of public and private collections in these countries. He continues to develop projects that explore the relationship between art, architecture, and collective memory.
